세계 최고식당, 덴마크 코펜하겐의 레스토랑 노마(Noma)

영국의 레스토랑 매거진(http://www.theworlds50best.com/)이 전 세계 비평가와 언론인 및 음식 전문가 800여명을 대상으로 매년 실시하는 국제 투표에서 30대의 레네 레드제피 요리장이 이끄는 노마(www.noma.dk)가 지난 4년간 1위를 고수해온 스페인의 유명한 '엘 불리'(El Bulli)를 제치고 1위를 차지했다. 

한국음식 세계화의 첩경 

한국음식의 세계화는 먼 곳에 있는 것 같지 않다. 이런 공신력과 지명도 있는 단체에서 좋은 평을 받는다면 그것만으로도 한식에 세계인의 이목이 쏠리지 않을까? 

한국의 음식도 이제는 국제 품평회나 브랜딩 과정을 통해 세계에 널리 알려질 수 있는 발판을 마련해야 할 것이다. 중국음식, 일본음식과 더불어 고유의 우리 음식이 세계인의 뇌리에 각인되기를 바란다.
